You get the purchased software by downloading it from our website. After successful order processing you receive a Confirmation email with the detailed instructions specifying how to download and activate the product. (Use the correct email while placing the order!).

The access to the Download Center is given within 24 hours after the order is placed. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after order placing, contact us and we will resend it for you.

On your Download Center you are offered two formats of files for downloading and the instructions on how to install both types and what is the difference in them. You are allowed to download both formats. It does not influence the price. Please read the instructions before starting.

In case we do not record any attempts to download within 10 days after the purchase date, we will reverse the transaction without prior notification.
